Weekend in D.C.

I was fortunate to spend this past weekend in Washington D.C. for one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve been to! Congratulations Edie and Ben! Thank you for inviting us to celebrate this special time with you.

We arrived Friday night, just in time for the rehearsal dinner at the Hay Adams Hotel overlooking the White House and Washington Monument. The wedding ceremony was held at a beautiful church right in the heart of Capitol Hill followed by the reception on a gorgeous plantation in Virginia. After the party, Jake and I headed straight to Echostage to catch Duke Dumont! I’m so proud of us for pulling it together in time for brunch the next morning.

On Sunday, we rented bikes and toured the city, stopping by some museums and monuments. I’m so happy we had an extra day to experience the city. Here are some of my favorite snapshots from the weekend!
